I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional counselor who helps people who want to empower themselves and live their best lives. I have a special focus on trauma and how it affects our sense of self-worth and potential.
I understand how it feels to be unhappy, unfulfilled, and stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and insecurity. I’ve been there myself. I used to think that I had to please everyone else, compare myself to others, and settle for less than I deserved. I never felt good enough, no matter what I did.
But then, I made a choice. I chose to value myself and my happiness above anything else. I chose to take charge of my own life and create my own success and fulfillment. I chose to accept myself as I am, and celebrate my strengths and uniqueness.
And that’s when everything shifted. I began to pursue my passion and purpose. I began to boost my confidence and self-esteem. I began to overcome my fears and limiting beliefs. I began to set and achieve my goals. I began to cultivate a positive mindset and attitude. I began to attract more abundance and opportunities.
And you know what? It feels awesome.

I’m also a certified ADHD specialist who can help you manage the challenges and harness the gifts of this neurodiversity. I know what it’s like to have ADHD, because I have it myself. I’ve learned how to cope with the symptoms and leverage the strengths of ADHD, such as creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
